Reorganize system information! Depends on #51

generic_calls.py

The function get_system_info() should return:

• Host date + time
• Alpaca date + time
• some container info
• build version from the version file

telegram_bot.py

The get_version() function should be:

• renamed to sys_ifo()
• it should not directly read information from somewhere, but give tasks to AI, which in turn should already call its get_system_info() function!
