[feature request] Simplify use of LS with test / acceptance / production environments #29

Live would be better for Cicero if we could move an accepted survey from testing to acceptance and later to production.

In some case this concerns only patches (changes in labels, javascript and other stuff that does not require a deactivation of the survye in LS).

In other cases the structure of the survey has changed. What would be preferred here (also by Equipe) is an option whereby we can replace the current survey with a new version; while keeping or transforming the old answers so that the survey export is still a single file.

While not completely solving this: the GT specific settings can now be exported and imported.
