Improve mail template form use with multiple languages #614

The current mail template editor is an extremely long page, especially when using more than 2 languages.

To redress this we want to:

show the example preview in the language tabs,
show tha example with the mail fields in the correct language
skip the text only example preview.

Other improvements to pick up:

sort the field names
open in the currently selected language
mail the test using the currently selected language tab.
