Token 'Assigned by' shows Track assigner #616

In all token overviews the 'Assigned by' column shows the Track assigner, not the token assigner.

In 95% of all tokens this is the same, but since 10 years ago additional tokens can be inserted and tokens can be corrected by a different staff member. This should now be fixed.
