Adapt the code so we can move to Zend FW 3 somewhere next year

This will help to be able to load GemsTracker in Expressive/Mezzio/Laminas3 Changes include:

A MUtil\Controller\Front, enabling both GemsTracker Requests as newly wrapper classes for Mezzio Request/Response/Route
Less usage of Escort as Service Loader
