When using an appointment filter with a minimum start date difference tracks are repeatedly created #628

When using an appointment filter and use: "Create new on minimum start date difference" then when updating the appointment or e.g. using filter check (or Check as import in Pulse) the new track will be created again and again.

This is due to not checking whether this same appointment has already been assigned to the same field in the same track type/
