Remove label 'Not checked' from LimeSurvey answers #692

We want to remove the label 'Not checked' from LimeSurvey answers that are not checked. Displaying only 'Checked' for answers that are checked gives users a better overview of the answers to a survey that using long sentences.

Requested by Rijndam and agreed to by IM Zorg.
