Stored password fields empty stored passwords when nothing is entered #718

The stored password fields empty the stored passwords when nothing is entered, both in Radius authentication, Mail server storage as well as in the Trackbuilder Sources.

PS: reason was a previously introduced option to empty stored passwords from the form.
