[1.12] Changelog Colors #17

I wanted to color my changelog but they have a weird looking. The file and image is attached. capture changelog.txt

Dangit this issue is still persisting.. create a new file, copy over the contents, and delete the old one. I need to figure out whats causing this.

Make sure to tell me if that fixes it.

I just made it white for now.
