When in MP and some else joins, the Getting Started screen gets displayed #39

The screen is set to display on a players first time joining. Seems to trigger it for everyone in the server, not just the person who joined for the first time.

Wait.. you mean its sending it to all players, when ever one player joins a server for the first time?

"It is random, it seems that when someone joins for the first time everyone gets them but you can get it again By you joining the server or by someone else joining" - Buuz

Wow.. cant believe no one has reported this yet. I pretty sure I forgot an if statement. So I think I will have a fix soon. Not sure why ppl got the screen still, cause it prolly shouldn't have happened. But than code doesn't always run as intended.
