Provide GitHub account for Seda #143

I've given Seda my GitHub login, so she can add issues when she's continuing to post/change things on the site, but she won't be notified if you respond to the issue. So, I think it's better if she has her own login. Does everyone who has an account on this GenEdProject Github site get emails when any of the others add or respond to an issue?
