Created the following classes:

draft CanCOGeN DataHarmonizer specification (GENEPIO_0001120)
draft CanCOGeN DataHarmonizer field (GENEPIO_0001121)
draft CanCOGeN DataHarmonizer field - database identifiers (GENEPIO_0001122)

Created the following instance of draft CanCOGeN DataHarmonizer field - database identifiers (GENEPIO_0001122):

CanCOGeN:specimen collector sample ID

Looks good. I realize I have to tweak the way xs:unique datatype is handled, but anyways what you have done for specimen collector sample ID is fine.
