pathogen diagnostic testing
contributor acknowledgement

Field and example instances added for the following categories:

last of sample collection and processing

bioinformatic and QC metrics
lineage and variant information
pathogen diagnostic testing
contributor acknowledgement

Will need to be updated in the future with Link_ML "meaning" or equivalent, and possible recoding of how the data types were implemented.
