The Genomic Epidemiology Application Ontology describes the genomics, laboratory, clinical and epidemiological contextual information required to support data sharing and integration for foodborne infectious disease surveillance and outbreak investigations.
Created the canada_covid19.owl file that imports terms CanCOGeN Covid19 picklist terms (pulled from the DataHarmonizer_Template spreadsheet) that have a corresponding ontology IDs.
Has been added to the src/ontology/imports folder and saved as a direct import for genepio-edit.owl.
Filtered out terms that are already present in other import files.
