Update general_import.owl #46

Update general imports after being informed an import intermediate OMRSE term [OMRSE:00000024] had been deprecated and replaced by [OMRSE:00002072].

I'm curious if this is a WIP? If a change happens in general_import.owl it should be based in a change in general_ontofox.txt which is used by OntoFox to generate general_import.owl .

This isn't a work in progress. There weren't any changes in general_ontofox.txt because the term that was obsolete was an intermediate term for OMRSE terms within general_ontofox.txt. I just reran the general_ontofox.txt as is in OntoFox to get the OWL with the new intermediate term and checked before and after to confirm OMRSE:00000024 was indeed replaced by OMRSE:00002072.
