Can make it and/or "signs and symptoms" (GENEPIO_0001523)) about "symptom" (SYMP_0000462) and perhaps "Clinical Findings Indicator" (NCIT_C181043)) for signs.

The issue with "symptom" (SYMP:0000462) is it is to be a subclass of "outcome of interaction phenotype (PHIPO:0001198), which always conveys a host-pathogen interaction as being causative. The enumeration class is just describing host case "signs and symptoms" regardless of the cause, as sometimes the cause is the pathogen of study or could be something else - so as to avoid making things more specific than necessary (and because the data being described may be for non pathogen caused symptoms) we wouldn't use this for "aboutism" unless we make a narrower class to do so.

The parent class is looking at "Phenotypic abnormality" (HP:0000118) as an about an aboutism and has been asked to also consider "Clinical Findings Indicator" (NCIT:C181043).
