At least one duplicate was identified where a term is both present in the "temporary_mint_import.owl" file and the main "genepio-edit.owl" file. "temporary_mint_import.owl" is where we keep temporary GENEPIO mints that are just placeholders for existing term requests. Once the requested term is approved, the temporary term gets moved from the "temporary_mint_import.owl" to the "deprecation" ROBOT table. There shouldn't be merged copies of these terms in GENEPIO.
