The Genomic Epidemiology Application Ontology describes the genomics, laboratory, clinical and epidemiological contextual information required to support data sharing and integration for foodborne infectious disease surveillance and outbreak investigations.
Dropping this here as requested (sorry it's late!) to summarise the new terms for #71 for data fields for the wastewater spec.
I've copied all the terms to a new tab I#72 in the GENEPIO_ROBOT gsheet. They are also under spec_field because I will delete the I#72 tab once the PR has been merged.
