Usually you need to squeeze ur eyes to see if its normal quality or high quality item.
It would be nice to have a plugin which would highlight(item background for example) lq, nq or hq item.
You could choose which quality u would like to highlight.
Currently this plugin would have a niche use. So not really a priority
