Relative growth advantage: crash when no data #506

The relative growth advantage component shows a banner "Oops! Something went wrong" on some inputs. It seems, it shows this message, when the covSpectrum Server can not provide a fit to the data. First, propose a solution how we can mittigate this error, then implement it.

Needs further discussion, on what should be shown when the call to covSpectrumServer fails, or the fit fails.

As discussed:

Leave out the whole plot, when the fit does not finish. It's not useful when there is not enough data. Show "not enough data" (similar to Cov Spectrum)
Show error when call to covSpectrum server fails
