Improve performance of "Analyze single variant" page

Currently, the /single-variant can be very slow, especially for mpox. Investigate why this is the case. Possible avenues can be

move mutations to a separate view to have less components per page
lazy load mutations over time components (for example load on button click)
try to use the preact component directly on the website (to rule out, that the webcomponent handling is the issue)

We decided that for now the performance is good enough.

We should test again later (also on older/slower devices) and revisit.
