We would like to make it possible to keep track of when women of color are talking in Who Talks.
Current thinking is that there will be an "of color" toggle that can be pressed when "Not a Dude" is active.
In edit view there will now be three separate categories (Dude, Not a Dude, Not a Dude of Color).
In the pie chart we'll use the same orange / yellow cross hatch that we use in the Tally.
TBD what language changes we will add / what thresholds will be used.
