We have been discussing ways to expand on the direction of Ballotmania and create a feature aimed at getting more women to vote.
The current line of thought is that users will enter their zip code, be presented with some historic voting information for their district (votes in recent elections by gender), and be asked to "sign X women up to vote."
At that point they will be provided a few ways to recruit:
Enter email addresses (or phone numbers?) directly.
Be provided a list of registered voters in their zip code who they can reach out to.
Be provided a list of registered voters in a { ??? swing state? what would the rule here be } that they can reach out to.
They would then be able to track the conversion rates of their requests (e.g. keep track of how many people they signed up, how many people they reached, etc).

We need wireframes for this user flow.
