Strings left untranslated, omitted image captions, this kind of things. Only a draft for now, will change to a pull request after making sure that everything (or almost everything) was corrected.

Okay, with my limited knowledge of German that's everything I spotted as left untranslated, hopefully that's all there was to catch!

Bonus fix of missing lang: zh attribute for one of Chinese pages, decided against making a separate PR for that.
