Added tweet translation mechanism #96

  1. Added file twitter-i18n.json to store tweet translations.
  2. Localized translations for tweet related strings. (e.g. "quoted tweet unavailable")
  3. Localized tweet date format.

Thank you. Most of the work was actually figuring out how the tweet mechanism worked so I could modify it.
