What does this implementation fix? Explain your changes.
The Readme is heavily focused on a preexisting knowledge of the project and is not very friendly to new / first time contributors. An "Abby" type persona would find it difficult to engage with the project even though their skills might be a match for this project. Added material to the readme to assist first time contributors understand the different ways that one can make contributions and provided links help the contributor find some of the dispersed information in a convenient location.
Added an internal link for the contribution section so that an internal link can direct the user to the contribution section easier.
Added new bullet list of different ways to contribute complete with links
