Info windows don't close and 'see more' button does nothing

What Operating System? Windows
What steps will reproduce the issue? In the action questions after the screenshot, click one of the facets to see more information in a popup window. Click 'close' or 'see more' - nothing happens
What would you expect to be the outcome? Would expect 'close' button to close the popup and expect 'see more' to display a longer paragraph of info
All these details will help people to fix any potential bugs?

Update: buttons work until after reloading the page
