  1. add pgr-pbundle-bed2offset for aligning the bundle for assembly evaluations
  2. add pgr-compare-cov for calling CNV candidates or homozygous regions
  3. add future in pgr-query to output bed file that can be used as annotation track
  4. modify pgr-pbundle-bed2html to generate HTML with simple javascript to highlight bundles
