reftobed.pl file missing #3

Hi,

I am trying to use CircSplice to detect circular RNA from my samples. I have followed the steps as suggested in the readme file, however, I was unable to find the reftobed.pl script which is required to generate the bed file from the reference genome. Would it be possible to have access to it?
