Similar to network group reclassification #3. Selection of default co-expression networks is performed by a specialized task, and other networks can have defaults configured individually. However our usual configuration is normally something like all networks in network groups X, Y, and Z are enabled by default except for networks A, B, and C. It might be easier to configure this in a separate input file to the build process.

additional metadata file allows changes to be specified
