move AMAP to FacileAnalysis #11

We will make FacileAnalysis on the GNE side, fill with AMAP logic from FacileExplorer, and then move it to GitHub. At that time we can move things out of FacileDataSet. FacileDataSet will become just the code to the specific FacileDataSet SQLite + HDF5 back-end.

[ ] Add DEPENDS on FacileAnalysis
[ ] R/csurv.R and tests/testthat/test-csurv.R
