Remove Random Slope Model ? #410

This was initial useful to test the code was working but now that we have 3 other models I feel it doesn't actually do anything of value considering it is just a toy model and that the formulation has never been agreed upon. Would propose just removing it to reduce maintenance overhead.

Should be kept in order to use it to compare against other joint model packages.
