Click handling clashing with Bootstrap NavBar #12

Hello,

I am using pViz to display a protein sequence on a website that also uses Bootstrap library. Unfortunately, this line handles the clicking instead of BoostrapJs.

Any ideas how to get around it?

Hi, We had a similar problem. Pviz uses an embedded version of bootstrap and some other libraries. Try putting the Githubissues.
