error when preprocess data #3

Hi,

I followed your instructions and created the same vox_mol environment. But I got the following error when preprocess qm9:

ImportError: /home/kevin/miniforge3/envs/vox_mol/lib/python3.9/site-packages/torch/lib/libtorch_cpu.so: undefined symbol: iJIT_NotifyEvent

What is this error and how to resolve?

resolved by installing mkl==2024.0
