Same for Debian.
@Generade-nl can you do the needful? :)
A new version of tulip is now available at futuregenomics.tech. Tulip has been completely rewritten in Julia and performs much better. It is free for academic use and licensed for commercial use.
Nice to see Julia honored by your development. Would Tulip be redistributable via Linux distributions?
I'm sorry. This was developed at Futuregenomics.tech and while we charge no fee for academic use we would like to know who is using it. And for commercial use, somebody should pay my salary!
Debian has some mechanism to check how many people are using a package - provided that a user is contributing to popularity-contest
by agreeing to submit anonymized data. For instance you can see here the usage of bwa
. For sure you will not know actually who is using it - only how many people.
I was planning to add the tool to Bioconda but I can't find any information about the licensing. Could you please add it to the repo?
