Header skips when scrolling on the homepage #21

When I'm on the Homepage and start scrolling the page it skips the header and jumps to the next section. Same things happens when I scroll back up.

I know that problem exist, but as you can see it I will try to find work around. Problem is when I attached sticky header, original header is "gone" and its height disappear from viewport and all content pull up.
