Add hover effect on the cards

Add hover effect on the cards at the bottom of the homepage, so that when user hovers the dark overlay is removed and the image becomes clear (lighter).

Same here on this page https://swag.generalmagic.io/categories/ and anywhere else where we have cards like these.
