4) 2 days for delegated voters is a quick turnaround - any faster and it's subject to issues with timezones
5) quiet times and extensions are reasonable but not fast
6) proposal cost is reasonably low lot of bad decisions should come to the table along with a few good ones
7) complaining should never be too cheap and 400 ANT to complain after a vote seems fair
