As a user, I want to see the summarized version of the projects with a click.

GPT Prompt:

Summarize the project, focusing on its key impacts and metrics. Avoid including unknown phrases like contributor IDs, and present the information clearly. Assume the grants and funding are in US dollars.

Description:

• It's suggested that we do it offline, so the frontend uses the backend service for loading that information.
• We should have the final set of projects and avoid using the draft project data for doing that.
• Using the final data, we can call the GPT API with the above prompt to do the final summarization.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The AI Summary mode loads by clicking TLDR
2. when clicked, the other cards should also change.
3. It will be saved for next screens, so selecting and loading 2 other projects should not change the view
4. It should not get reverted by the undo button.
5. when the user gets back from AI mode to normal mode, the latest user preferences in expand/collapse should be back.
