Algo took way to long to finish

it seems liek we are making every project witht he same star ranking need to be compared to every other project... we should be able to get a pretty damn good rating with 1/3 the total necessary comparisons

Regarding the number of comparisons needed to get to a ranking, please give the app with updated projects a go.

You can check the generated ranking at every step of the way at /peek (e.g., https://pairwise-rpgf5.vercel.app/peek)

Let me know at what approximate point in the progress bar, the ranking is more than good enough. We can divide the number of comparisons by that factor. (i.e., if the ranking is good when we're like 33% in the game, we can end it there)
