Another group that could benefit is account creators, who have access to CU-like information in the ACC tool, and often need to check for proxy usage or run into blocked proxies. See also discussion on User talk:154.160.4.116. Can access for accountcreators (or everyone with ACC access, whichever is easier) be added?
