Please add block log links #9

https://bullseye.toolforge.org/ip/120.22.0.0 is showing:

120.22.0.0/16 blocked ({{checkuserblock-wide}} ) by Scottywong until 2022-04-28T14:57:51Z. anononly: False, account creation blocked: True

but doesn't show the date the block was made. That's actually what I need to know, to see if it correlates with a change in the sock's behavior. Adding a link back to the original log message (and/or just showing the timestamp) would be useful.
