About The Pull Request

This PR, through a highly technical and complex series of code and hours of countless effort, gives village elder the ability to cook.

Why It's Good For The Game

Someone complained about village elder having no cooking skill, this fixes this. They have a kitchen in their home and they're meant to be an old wise fellow, I feel like they've probably learnt to cook at some point in their life.
