Summary: This commit adds the basic layout with the different panel views.

Commits: c5736f4e NEW-LOOKS: Made the basic layout containing all of the different panels. Layout also includes a submit button which when clicked will execute an angular function.

Tested and seems to all work correctly. Larger features next time please.
