Added Question Mark background to Interested Desktop
Applied background image CSS to desktop as well, and modified to fit desktop size
Removed duplicate CSS between desktop/mobile
Checked mobile to make sure nothing broke
Resized desktop version
Required checks:
In general, the desktop version doesn't exactly match the Figma. I can try to do that if we want to, it'll just take more time.
