Allow Exporting of note count data #16

More specifically for Fortnite Festival data, but useful in any MIDI based game. Allow exporting the total amount of notes from a song. CHOpt should just be able to count them from the MIDI file I believe, so I don't believe it would be too much extra stress on it.

It would be easy enough to add, but what's the use case here? Fortnite Festival I imagine will have note counts available through another source, so I fail to see the utility of adding a note count to CHOpt.
