My understanding is the difference in whammy is entirely due to RB4 patching out early whammy, so RB3 engine with early whammy set to 0 should be a good approximation. Some others and I have found that gives decent results for RB4, but misses some top squeezes. Our best guess is that the game waits a frame before OD starts depleting but we're not sure; if you have any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.
Loving it at the moment, used it to get my Rock Band 3 Full Game FC and was wondering if you could make it work with the Rock Band 4 engine too since whammy doesn't give out as much OD as it did in Rock Band 3.
