Change the repository to be a GMT data repository? #1

@joa-quim What do you think about changing this repository to be a repository for data that can be directly used in GMT?

The repository can include your new data and other geo datasets like plate boundary ( https://github.com/GenericMappingTools/gmtserver-admin/issues/100).

What other data (other than PBs) are you thinking it could fit here? And how can they "be directly used in GMT?". I know we can call, for example, gmtconvert on a URL but that looks ugly long in scripts.

I'm not against, but not fully convinced yet and that would require the description and address of this repo, no? I need a fixed repo that I can add in the recipe that builds GMT for Julia to include the new DCWs.
