Update the install instructions using conda #12

Because both ffmpeg and graphcismagick are heavy dependencies, we decided NOT to install them by default in conda (https://github.com/conda-forge/gmt-feedstock/issues/181).

For conda users, they need to install ffmpeg and graphicsmagick separately.

@PaulWessel The Install instruction says:

Use the GMT bundle installer (follow this instruction) (requires macOS >= 13 for 6.4.0; if you have an older macOS version consider upgrading first so you can use the installer)

But the latest macOS version is 12.4. So there must be a typo here.
