Add a new homework to test supplemental modules are available #27

As reported in https://github.com/GenericMappingTools/gmt-for-geodesy/issues/25, we need a new homework to test if supplemental modules like meca are correctly built and linked.

In this PR, I add a new test script test_2.sh for this purpose. The animation test test_2.sh is renamed to test_3.sh because this test is more complicated than the meca test.
